Arthur Hart, a speaker from the Idaho Historical Society, will present "Medicine in Early Idaho" at the Minidoka County Historical Society Museum, 99 East Baseline, Rupert, Idaho, on Thursday, September 20, at 6:30 P.M.
According to Hart, "Medicine in Early Idaho is a slide-illustrated program that will remind us of how fortunate we are to have the medical facilities and technologies available today. A little over a century ago, most doctors had little formal training, and children and adults died of things that are treatable or curable today."
